0. What is cluck?
Raise a chicken wearing a paper bag. Collect eggs and spend them on growth. Today, cluck has a local raising prototype and a separate simulation for testing sales, trading and cash flows.
The bank-heist artwork is a creative concept. Jobs, $NOTE and burning 100 tokens to add another crew member are not implemented game rules.
1. What you can play
The raising prototype runs one game day every 30 seconds. Collect eggs, then spend 300 to raise your chicken. The other 999 birds are a fixed model, not real players. Progress stays in this browser. There is no market or cash withdrawal in this version.
A separate development simulation tests a virtual sale of 500 birds, liquidity, egg trading, names, outfits, growth records and combined account statements. You advance time yourself; reloading resets it. It is not included in the public site build.
2. ZEC and the game ledger
ZEC is the intended settlement asset. The leading approach combines ZEC deposits and withdrawals with an operator-managed ledger for birds, eggs and trades. Some trust in the operator is accepted; enforcing every game rule on-chain is not a requirement.
The prototypes do not connect to a ZEC wallet or handle real deposits, withdrawals or sales. ZSA issuance, NFT transfers to external wallets and production custody are not implemented.
3. Testing the economy
The model allocates part of bird-sale proceeds to liquidity and operations, without a separate prize or operating budget. Its 500 birds, 100 virtual dollars per bird, 80% liquidity allocation, 168-day emission period and five upgrades are comparison assumptions, not final sale terms.
These emission and upgrade parameters are not adopted as a solution to sustained buying demand. Supply limits and upgrade limits did not solve the need for continuing buyers. Results also change when buyers sell before farmers.
Examples where a few accounts receive $10,000 in first-day model profit depend on assumed purchases and sale order. They do not demonstrate real demand, independent people or actual profit after all costs. Unsold birds and eggs are not counted as realized profit.
4. Preventing misuse
The model checks repeat claims, settlement before upgrades, and transfer of pending rewards and cooldowns. Trades bind the minimum received to a quoted market revision; an intervening trade makes the old order invalid.
Production authentication, concurrent settlement, duplicate ZEC payment detection, recovery after failures and reservation-slot concentration remain unresolved. Passing a local model test is not proof of production security.
5. Whitelist and sharing
The whitelist accepts an X username and self-reported tasks. With the current configuration, entries stay in this browser. Server-storage code exists but is not connected. It does not verify X actions or identity, allocate sale slots or mint birds.
Development growth records include age, level and outfit, and are labeled as simulations. Automatic social posting and verified real-profit cards are not implemented.
6. Still to be decided
Final prices, emission and allocation terms, production custody, ZEC integration, launch timing and evidence of actual demand. Publishing the static site is separate from launching a live financial game.
